Started out fast and hit a wall after about 1400m. Started rowing at about 8pm and hadn’t eaten since lunch. Next time I’ll have to eat closer to workout time so I don’t run out of blood sugar.

Practiced jumping muscle ups, rings at eye height 19 completed
jumped on the concept 2 for the first time and loved it,
2000 meters in 8:26

I did 5000 meters in 22:55.
I am very happy with myself and learned some technique.
