WOD – Friday 9-25-09

5 sets, 16 reps, 3-5 minute rest:
- dumbell or kettlebell thrusters: one hand at chest and the other hand down, both holding a dumbell or KB, use .35 BW, alternate hands each rep

    I say…get the cool crossfit logo on the front ( the one on the webpage) then on the back… a picture of brandon yelling…DON”T YOU QUIT.

    Corey posted my 3 favorites, but I guess “Stronger than yesterday” would get my vote. Your workout is our warm-up would be my 2nd choice, since I often feel that’s true!
