We expect everyone to be ready to train when the class is supposed to start. If you are late…hope you enjoy burpees. You’ll be doing 5 burpees for every minute you are late!
We have two different classes going at the same time, the regular CrossFit class and the Beginner CrossFit class. We have the regular CrossFit class, but before you start the regular class you’ll have to first go through the starter CrossFit class.
Private Training
During hours that we don’t have classes, we do private training. We offer general physical training, sport specific training, CrossFit training, and fight training.
